"Mosto" means unfiltered, and in fact, the oil is bottled just as it comes from the mill, without any kind of treatment, after a period of natural decantation.
Because this oil is very delicate, every bottle is wrapped in gold foil to protect the oil from light.
Applications: Thanks to its golden color and its extremely mild and almondy flavour, the extra virgin olive oil "Mosto Oro" enhances the most refined dishes and is especially recommended for dressing fish. Perfect for dressing crudo and all delicate fish preparations.
