We are off on the Giro in Italia 2011. Almost two week in Italy during the olive harvest and the making of the olive oil. We have a very exciting group of chefs this year. What a treat for us: Jared Sippel Chef di Cuisine at Frasca Restaurant in Boulder. CO, Jared Rogers, Chef at Picco Restaurant in Larkspur, CA, Tony McNelly, Sous Chef at Pizzeria Delfina in San Francosco, and Kaytlin Brakefiled, Sous Chef at Cotogna in San Francisco. In additioin to the chefs, we have Ryan Wall, our customer representative in San Francisco. Very exciting for us this year, four of our travelers are on their first trip to Italy. Wonderful things for us to discover through new eyes. We are sure that these fine chefs will come home very inspired and ready to cook-up lots of wonderful Italian Ingredients.
