From Hwy 101, take the Cesar Chavez (Army) exit & follow the signs for Cesar Chavez East. 

 It is a complex intersection so pay attention to the signs.
Traveling south on 101, It is the left-most feed from the exit. It will make a big full-circle loop and put you on Cesar Chavez going in the correct direction.  
Traveling north on 101, you need to look carefully for the Cesar Chavez East sign.

 Once on Cesar Chavez, there is a stop light almost immediately at Kansas St. Continue a short distance and keep your eyes out for The Futon Shop on the left side of the street. Just before this sign on the building, turn into the driveway and go through the large gate. Go all the way to the end of the building and we are there, with the entrance next to the ramp. 

If on Cesar Chavez you get to the next intersection (A tee for Evans St.), you missed it and should go back. 

If you are coming from 280, traveling either north or south, (which would be most convenient from the Embarcadero via King Street), at the Cesar Chavez exit, travel West on Cesar Chavez.

Then just after the Evans St. tee intersection, look for the Futon Shop and take the NEXT driveway.

(The Futon Shop retail parking lot is on the east side of the building; you need their delivery/pick-up side which is further on.)
