Absolutely organic, extracted without being pasteurized, heated or altered in any way.
This honey is not from citrus lime, but rather from the blossoms of the Linden tree producing a very dark honey with solid crystallization. The flavor has medium-strong intensity with great persistence reminiscent of menthol and balsamic with a citrus-bitter finish. It is not, therefore, a gentle honey like Acacia, but with a decidedly marked character. Goes well in herbal teas and goat cheese.
ADI Apicoltura uses Nomadic Cultivation - moving the hives from from region to region to find the best organic meadows and fileds. This honey was produced in Lombardia – Piemonte.
