All of the olives are from the farms controlled by the Asaro family and they are all certified organically grown and crushed within hours of picking. Less than .3% Acidity!
Application: This is extraordinarily high quality oil with a great price, and is a perfect general-purpose olive oil.

Love this oil
Asaro is a great all around olive oil for salads, cooking and finishing. A bargain price for the high quality.

Great price, neutral flavor compared to Olivestri Fiordolio
I usually buy the 5 liter Olivestri Fiordolio but tried the Asaro this time. It is fine, but more neutral in flavor than the Olivestri so it will be used in a different way, when less flavor is called for. Great price and a preferred size as I use lots of oil.
