I thought I'd adraely liked your page! Well, it's done now.I recently made balsamic vinegar/non-Oreo ice cream for the second time. It sounds weird (which is why I had to try it), but it's spectacular! It may not seem like it, but the quality does matter for this: reducing the balsamic vinegar seemed to emphasize the weaknesses of my the cheaper (more usual) vinegar that I used this time.This is also my favorite use, but that might be because I'm in the mood for ice cream right now and there's still a little bit left in the freezer...
