Crushed red pepper flakes. These are crushed from the same organic chili we sell as Chilies, Long Hot-Sweet Sicilian Dried. They are grown entirely on the organic farm of Gangi Dante in the high plain of central Sicily. Very tasty. Smoky, nice heat, but with good heat.
