The Granoro Dedicato line is their highest quality line made exclusively with wheat sourced from contracted farms in Puglia around the factory. It is bronze extruded and very slowly dried. Truly an exceptional pasta. |

2 ea 3.4 oz Bottarga di Muggine from Smeralda in Sardinia This is mullet row bottarga made in the traditional way of salting and curing the fish roe. It's an intoxicating flavor briming of the sea. |
