Mengazzoli Monovarietal (Single wine) Vinegar
These vinegars are made with pride by Menganzzoli by carefully selecting for each vinegar a specific wine varietal, always choosing the top quality, giving the vinegar the specific taste and aroma of that grape. They are made by fermenting the wine in barriques, a unique process that improves the quality and allows these vinegars to stand out compared to others as they are more consistent, and stronger flavored.
Each monovarietal vinegar is in a 250 ml (8.5 oz) bottle.

Great Quality
This is exceptional vinegar. It is bright and precise and is so focused it makes everything you use it for shine. Reminds me of a fine Pinot Grigio from the Dolomites.
